When should I expect my images?
A link to an online viewing gallery will be emailed to you within a week of your session. After viewing your proofs and choosing which images you would like to be edited and retouched, the turnaround time to receive your fully edited and retouched digital images is approximately 2-3 weeks. These images will be yours to download and print where you choose. If you need recommendations for printing or would like me to order prints for you, i can accommodate that service as well.

Can I order prints through you?
Yes! This is what I recommend as I calibrate my monitor to accurately depict the image colors. I can not guarantee the quality of the printed image if it is printed elsewhere. Images printed at my professional printing lab will ensure that the colors are correct. Please contact me if you would like to order professional prints.
How long are my images available?
I only keep images for 6 months. Make sure to download your images, back them up on your computer or hard drive and above all print them!
What is the difference between edited and retouched?
All images for client proofing will have basic editing done to each image. This includes color correction, cropped and straightened. Retouching will take the edited image and correct things like skin blemishes/skin imperfections, skin discolorations in newborns such as redness and jaundice, stray hairs, spots on clothing and background distractions.
Archived Galleries/images
After galleries have expired on my site, If you wish to reactivate your gallery for access to view or download, a $100 reactivation and retrieval fee are applied per each session reactivated. Galleries over 1 year as subjected to discretion of Ashley Keiser Photography. Please contact me at 559-567-6112 to see if your gallery is available for reactivation and retrieval.
